#26 Cirrus Tan My New Body
Competitive climber, trainer and coach, Cirrus Tan talks to us about her pregnancy journey.
Cirrus has such a beautiful perspective of the experience, as she chats to us during the 35th week of her first pregnancy.
What shines through is her ability to be very open to the unknown of what's to come, while still showing up each day and meeting her body exactly where it's at.
We also talk about the growing representation of mothers in sport, and how the stories shared by others is paving a more realistic outlook of a journey that can vary so much from person to person.
Cirrus has created a gorgeous training journal called 'My New Body' that allows pregnant athletes to track training throughout their pregnancy. You can purchase a journal by following this link.
If you would like to work with Cirrus one on one, or buy her training journal you can visit mynextprogram.com
